Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Babina, each piece is handmade with care. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to offer store credit in certain situations.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for store credit.

To be eligible for store credit:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law

Please email hello@babina.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged through normal use

  • Workshop bookings or event tickets

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit can be used online at babina.com.au and is valid for 12 months.

Workshop Tickets

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.

However, in urgent or exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or store credit.
